Welcome To YOUR School!

The Wilder Elementary staff, students, and parents, welcome you!  Wilder is more than just a school.  It is a community working together to generate growth and learning and provide strength and connection for our children, our families and each other.

Wilder has much to offer!  You will find many enriching opportunities for families and children offered both before and after school.  We are proud of our efforts to make school a positive experience for our families.  The Parent Teacher, Student, Association (PTSA) is involved in supporting our students and staff in many ways.  Our Art Docent, Theater, Assemblies, Watershed, Math Enrichment and Classic Books programs are some of the many opportunities funded by the PTSA.  If you are interested in getting involved, you will find a green Volunteer Opportunities signup form included in your Welcome Folder, listing a variety of ways in which you can participate.  We welcome your ideas and involvement.  Volunteering is a great way to meet new friends!

Transition is always challenging!  We are glad you are here and look forward to meeting you and welcoming you in person.  If you would like, we will have a sponsor family contact you to provide a connection and a resource for some of those frustrating questions, such as where to go for haircuts and where to signup for sports or other activities.  Please feel free to contact us or any of the PTSA officers if you have any questions or concerns.
