Box Tops for Education

Welcome to another great year at Wilder Elementary! My name is Melissa Unkel and I’m the volunteer coordinator for Box Tops for Education. This year, our goal is to raise $3000 to support our school.

One of the easiest ways you can help is to collect Box Tops from hundreds of participating General Mills products. Box Tops are worth 10¢ each when our school redeems them from General Mills.  Simply clip the Box Tops logos and affix them to the collector sheets with tape, glue or staples. Have your child put his name and class on the sheet and turn in to his class or to the health room.   THIS IS NEW THIS YEAR AS WE NO LONGER ACCEPT BOX TOPS IN PLASTIC BAGGIES.  ONLY Box Tops can be turned in this way and NOT Campbell’s Soup Mini Labels.

You can also help by joining the Box Tops for Education Booster Clubs at www.boxtops4education.com. Signing up takes only a few minutes. Booster Club members have two extra ways to earn cash for our school through everyday activities like buying groceries, shopping online, and making purchases with a credit card – all at no additional cost.

Shop - Shop your favorite online stores at the Box Tops Marketplace. Up to 8% of each qualifying purchase is donated to our school. Remember to start every online shopping trip through links at the Box Tops Marketplace to earn cash for our school. We have over 200 of your favorite stores including JCPenney and Lands’ End.

Charge - Earn a full 1% on every purchase for our school with the Box Tops Visa® card. You get a low APR and no annual fee. Apply at www.boxtops4education.com or call 1-800-650-0235.

A collection box will be placed in the health room. The class collecting the most box tops will be rewarded with a special activity/party (more info later!!)  Great prizes will also be awarded throughout the year.
